I expected a normal, professional delivery, but it didn’t feel that way at all. The driver came across as rude and basically just left the pizza at the door without much care. It made the whole experience feel disappointing, especially compared to what I thought I was paying for.

I ordered from Ricardo's Pizza after work, just wanting to grab dinner and go home. I was kind of expecting the parking to be annoying, but weirdly enough, it was not that situation at all.

I found a spot really close to the place, which made the whole pickup feel way less like a chore. Didn’t have to do the driving in circles thing, thankfully, because I was already hungry and not in the mood for parking drama.
The food was ready when I got there too, so I was basically in and out quick. It’s a small thing maybe, but easy parking plus ready pizza is a very good combo for my tired after-work self

We dined in and the wait for our food was just way too long. I get that places get busy, but come on now, at some point you’re just sitting there hungry and frustrated

I was a little disappointed with the variety on the menu. You’ve got pizza, of course, but most of the options felt basic and nothing really stood out to me. I was hoping for more toppings, maybe some sides, or even a few different pizza styles. If you’re not in the mood for a regular pizza, you don’t have a lot else to choose from. The food looked fine, but the menu just felt limited. I think it could definitely use more options...

I asked for no onions and extra sauce, but my food showed up with onions all over it and barely any sauce. It’s frustrating because the notes box makes it seem like they’ll actually read your requests, but apparently that wasn’t the case. If customization isn’t going to be followed, they should be clearer about that.

The hours are good for grabbing dinner, so it’s easy to plan around. I just kinda wish they stayed open a little later on some nights... but overall it works well

I enjoyed this pizza. The sauce had a nice flavor, the cheese tasted fresh, and the toppings weren’t bland at all. The crust was a little chewier than I usually prefer, but it was still good and didn’t ruin the meal or anything. Common sense-wise, if the ingredients are fresh and the flavor is mostly there, that’s already a solid pizza. I’d definitely order it again, though I do think a bit more seasoning would make it even better

In my experience, the online ordering process was rough. My cart kept freezing, and no matter what I tried, my order just wouldn’t go through.

Pizza showed up really fast tonight, quicker than I expected, and it was still nice and warm when it got here.

To be fair, the pizza itself was fine and I didn’t have any issues with the food. But trying to find clear allergen info on the website was frustrating. I had to click around a bunch and still wasn’t totally sure about dairy or possible nut cross-contact. For a food place, that’s stressful when you’re trying to order safely. I really wish they’d make that info easier to find before you check out.

Got food from Ricardo’s Pizza i didn’t expect it to be that much. The pizza had plenty of toppings, and the sides were actually decent sized, not those tiny ones you get at some places. We even had leftovers the next day, which basically never happens around here. For what we paid, it was definitely worth it, especially with how it all turned out

I ordered carryout thinking it would be a quick in-and-out kind of thing, but that definitely wasn’t the case. Even after I got there at the time I was told to pick it up, I still ended up waiting around for what felt like way too long. I don’t mind a short wait here and there, especially if a place is busy, but the frustrating part was that nobody really gave me a clear idea of what was going on. Every time I asked or checked in, it was just the same vague response of “a few more minutes,” and then a few more minutes turned into quite a bit more time. The food itself may have been fine, but by the time I finally got it, I was already annoyed. If you’re just trying to grab something quickly and get on with your day, I wouldn’t count on this being a smooth carryout experience...

I tried placing my order over the phone and it was kind of annoying. I had to wait a long time, and after all that, the order still came out wrong. For me, it just wasn’t worth the hassle, and I probably wouldn’t order that way again.
